2010 - Day 24: In...

...progress! Socks, drinks and brushes, Oh My!

2010 - Day 23: Crazy Day

Today was a crazy day filled with basketball, soccer and then even more soccer! It was truly exhausting!

2010 - Day 23: Is There...

..an issue, Papa?? Love these commercials by Scotiabank so finally took the kids to get their own "Getting There Savings Account" with the free NHL savings tin!

2010 - Day 22: Must Be Nice...

..to be a cat!

2010 - Day 21: The Snack

The after basketball practice snack of a pbj & banana sammich. I hate banana's and find it hard to make these sandwiches but for my son....anything!

2010 - Day 20: The Morning After

The beauty of the frost on the trees was something else this morning on Campus.

2010 - Day 19: Fuzzy

2010 - Day 18: Rubber Ducky....

you're not the one anymore in a cleaning out of tub toys which was long overdue! And I think some of the duckies actually stayed!

2010 - Day 16: Let's Scrap!

Was at a scrapbooking convention or crop today very close to home! Made a mess by being creative but managed to get a few layouts done!

2010 - Day 15: The Y

Our Friday nite at the Y! Family floor hockey. The kids both had a blast, even my girl who scored 7 goals!

2010 - Day 14: De-Clutter

I love de-cluttering and the Winnipeg Humane Society is needing books and movies for a sale! A good deed for them which means less stuff for me which I no longer need!

2010 - Day 13: Wednesday Nite

The usual Wednesday nite consisting of basketball practice and soccer practice. Two of us go to b-ball and the other two head to soccer. Killing two birds with one stone!

2010 - Day 12: Ahh, Jack!

I've been waiting for awhile to read this book...okay, since September and I couldn't wait to get into it. Repairman Jack has to be one of my all time favorite series! A post about it is coming soon to a blog near you....really, it is!

2010 - Day 11: Reading Log

Here's my "official" reading log. Its originally from my daughter's school agenda from last year...pardon me, two years ago so I've been copying my own pages from it to keep track of my reads which I've been doing since Sept 2008.

2010 - Day 10: Hungry Anyone?

Here's Tana's Bendaroo menu! She got Bendaroos for Christmas and was making a slew of food stuffs with them and they looked remarkably like the actual food item!

2010 - Day 9: Layout A-Go-Go

I added the A-Go-Go! Here's a layout from the Archives when my girl was but 5 years old! When I say archives I mean I just did the layout, not that I dug it out of the Archives. Ahhh, sweet memories!

2010 - Day 8: O Canada

Once again, our school's choir sang the National Anthem
at the Manitoba Moose game! They did a great job and sounded awesome!

2010 - Day 7: Cuddling

She's my shadow and follows me everywhere and she's not a lap cat but a chest cat so when she wants to cuddle, you're limited to what you can do.

2010 - Day 6: Labels A Plenty

Yes, we eat a lot of Campbell's soup. Not. We just collect them for Labels for Education for the school and get points to buy stuff. You need quite a few points to buy anything but we're getting there. Feel free to send me your labels if you are so inclined! ;-)

2010 - Day 5: Going for Gold...

...and losing. This pic says it all!
It was another Epic Battle between Canada and the US to decide Gold in the World Junior Hockey Championship with Canada coming back to take it to overtime after a 2 goal deficit only to lose it in overtime! Great game, great tourney, way to go Canada!! Congratulations to the US!

2010 - Day 4: Fait Accompli!

46 days....in a time of 10:40:28...travelling 5.4 miles and burning 2,464.5 calories, I finished the 6 Week Challenge on EA Sports Active More Workouts!

2010 - Day 3: First Layout

My first scrapbook layout of twenty-ten! I'm challenging myself to do one layout a week! This one is of Gavin's field trip to Fort Whyte with his Kindergarten class which I was able to go on!

2010 - Day 2: One of my Challenges...

...is to keep this table clear of clutter this year. Not a Resolution, but a goal if you will! The cardboard is there because there is a puzzle underneath it on the table and it keeps the pieces away from the prying eyes of the cat.

2010 - Day 1: Pulling A Gavin

This is what our boy does when he's trying to tell you something that he thinks is really important. The closer he gets, the more important he thinks it is...or something to that effect.
